Product Description

Jinan Xintai Aluminum Co., Ltd. supplies 3003 aluminium strips, which can be sliced and produced under the national standard.

3003 series aluminium strip is a common product of aluminium-manganese alloy series. It is superior to having manganese alloy elements. This product has excellent rust-proof properties, also known as rust-proof aluminium strip. The strength ratio is about 10% higher than 1100. The formability, solubility and corrosion resistance are all good. For processing, parts with good formability, high corrosion resistance and weldability are required, or work with higher strength than 1XXX alloy is required, such as kitchenware, food and chemical products processing and storage devices, tanks and tanks for transporting liquid products, pressure vessels and pipes for sheet metal processing. General utensils, radiators, cosmetic boards, photocopier drums, marine materials.

3003 is an AL-Mn alloy, which is the most widely used rust-proof aluminium. Its strength is not high (slightly higher than that of industrial pure aluminium) and it can not be strengthened by heat treatment. Therefore, cold working method is adopted to improve its mechanical properties: high plasticity in annealing state, good plasticity in Semi-cold hardening, low plasticity in cold hardening and resistance to heat treatment. Good corrosion, good weldability and poor machinability. It is mainly used for low-load parts which require high plasticity and good weldability and work in liquid or gas media, such as mailbox, gasoline or lubricant conduit, various liquid containers and other low-load parts made by deep drawing: wire rods are used as rivets.
